Hate the heavily-branded and poorly designed reusable bags that are all around us? L.E. Green Bags was started because we did too.
Starting with two designs which were sold out of the trunk of his car in Los Angeles, Dan Russo set out to make reusable bags that he wouldn’t be embarrassed by.
Did you know that the #1 problem with reusable bags is that people forget them? When we heard this, we set out to solve that problem and added our third design: The Shopping List Bag (SLB). It marries together the bag (which most people forget) and the shopping list (which more than 2/3 of people remember) and added in a few more user-friendly features.
Since launching in September 2011, The SLB has been an Editors’ Pick by Entrepreneur Magazine, and was called “brilliant” several times at Natural Products Expo East, September, 2011.

Great idea! I’m using my l.e. green bag starting today. It already replaced the ongoing shopping list on our kitchen counter.
